Every clinic and agency in our directory undergoes the same rigorous evaluation process. We combine quantitative data analysis with qualitative assessments to create comprehensive ratings that truly reflect patient outcomes and experiences.

Data Collection
We gather data from all available sources including patient reviews, medical certifications, facility inspections, and direct interviews.
Verification
All data points are verified through cross-referencing multiple sources. Unverifiable claims are excluded from scoring.
Scoring
Each criterion is scored on a 1-5 scale by our evaluation team. Scores are weighted according to our published criteria weights.
Review & Publication
Final scores undergo quality assurance review before publication. Clinics are notified of their ratings.
Ongoing Monitoring
Ratings are updated quarterly based on new data. Significant changes trigger immediate review.
Regular Updates
Our clinic ratings are reviewed and updated every quarter (January, April, July, October) to ensure accuracy. We also conduct immediate reviews when significant events occur, such as changes in clinic ownership, major patient complaints, or new certifications.
